When you consider how to create a food delivery appmind that there are three types of food delivery business models. Depending on the type of food company you have or what business you want to start, you can choose between the following types:

    • Aggregators with logistics - Mobile food ordering apps of an aggregator type act as an intermediate between customers and restaurants. They allow dining establishments to find customers and for users to order from restaurants.

    • Aggregators without logistics - The other type of aggregators doesn’t provide delivery services. It means that after a user places an order within an app and it’s redirected to the restaurant, the aggregator takes a commission and is over with that order.

    • Hybrid food delivery solutions - The main difference between aggregators with hybrid platforms is that the second type works with a delivery company that provides couriers and delivers all orders.
